All Dopl World products are made to order. Due to their scarce nature and sanitary reasons all sales are final unless defective. Defective items may only be replaced by the same item. Free repairs are offered on any defective items. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Size exchanges on clothing will be processed if contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@doplworld.com for an exchange and you will be provided a return address. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
