Production Time
Every Dopl World artifact is made by hand. This process allows for the time and attention needed to bring each piece to life. As this is a time intensive process please expect a 1 - 6 weeks for production depending on the size of the piece.

Shipping
After purchase confirmation please allow for the appropriate production time for piece completion. Once your order has been completed your piece will be shipped out within 24 hours via USPS followed by a confirmation email and tracking.
We ship to all 50 states and internationally. For international shipments, the buyer will be responsible for any applicable custom duties. We are not able to estimate any possible duty that might occur.

Returns
All Dopl World products are made to order. Due to their scarce nature and sanitary reasons all sales are final unless defective. Defective items may only be replaced by the same item. Free repairs are offered on any defective items. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Size exchanges on clothing will be processed if contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@doplworld.com for an exchange and you will be provided a return address. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Care
We hope you enjoy your new Dopl World artifact! Each of our creations are hand-crafted so slight variations are to be expected. We believe in utilizing high quality materials, many of which require care to be kept in pristine condition.
Sterling Silver
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, please use the provided polishing cloth included with your purchase to brighten any pieces that have dulled from use. Store in a cool dark place as heat and moisture will accelerate tarnishing. For larger pieces store in the provided dustbags.
Silk
For any silk product, care is essential. Hand wash with mild detergent in cold water, soak for no longer than 5 minutes and hang to dry. Do not ring out. Dry cleaning is appropriate if needed.
Resin
Many of our artifacts are constructed out of hand poured and shaped resin. Resin is a cured polymer that behaves similarly to plastic. To clean, wipe with a soft damp cloth and let dry. Do not use any household cleaning products. Keep out of direct sunlight for long periods of time.
